Completion and Return​

Overview​

When you finish (or cannot finish) the verification steps, you are shown a final status and then returned to the business website or app.

User Journey (Step-by-step)​

Route: /complete​

What you see:

  • A final status message (completed or not completed).
  • A Continue button.

What you do:

  • Tap Continue.

What happens next:

  • You are redirected to the business return link with:
    • a completion status
    • your customer identifier
    • any error codes (if applicable)

Entry Conditions​

  • All required steps are finished, or the journey shows a final status.

Exit Conditions​

  • Tapping Continue sends you to the business return link with your status and any error codes.

Branches​

  • If verification is not actually complete but you try to open this screen directly:
    • You may be sent back to the start.
  • If completion happens while you are on another screen:
    • You may be routed here automatically.
