What you see:

  • A screen with an upload control to attach a document.

What you do:

  • Select a document file from your device.

What happens next:

  • Your document is submitted.
  • You continue to the next required verification screen.

Entry Conditions​

  • Proof of address is required and you selected that step.

Exit Conditions​

  • After a successful upload, you continue to the next required screen.

Branches​

  • If the selected file type is not accepted:
    • You stay on the upload screen and must choose a different file.
  • Alternative address form:
    • A manual address entry form exists in the experience design but is not shown on the current screen; only file upload is available here.
