This is a behind-the-scenes behavior, not a single dedicated screen. It is what sends you to the next required screen after you complete an action.

What you see:

A call start screen.

What you do:

Start the call and follow the prompts.

What happens next:

You continue through the call journey and finish at the Call Completion screen or return to the call screen with a status.

What you see:

A completion message and a Continue button.

What you do:

Tap Continue.

What happens next:

You are redirected to the business return link.

Route outcome: /select-step

What you see:

A list of steps you can start.

What you do:

Choose a step to continue.

What happens next:

You may go to the document type selection screen, camera capture screen, address upload screen, or signature screen.

Route outcome: /initial-form

What you see:

A short form requesting your profile information.

What you do:

Enter the required information and continue.

What happens next:

You are taken to the next required screen.

Route outcome: /email-verify

What you see:

Email entry and one-time code (OTP) verification screens.

What you do:

Provide your email and enter the one-time code (OTP) you receive.

What happens next:

You are taken to the next required screen.

Route outcome: /phone-verify

What you see:

Phone number entry and one-time code (OTP) verification screens.

What you do:

Provide your phone number and enter the one-time code (OTP) you receive.

What happens next:

You are taken to the next required screen.

A list of questions with answer options.

What you do:

Answer all required questions and submit.

What happens next:
