KYC Entry (Short Link)​

Overview​

You open a short verification link, and the experience automatically starts the correct verification journey.

User Journey (Step-by-step)​

Route: / (with short-link parameters)​

What you see:

  • A brief loading state, then either the standard journey continues or you are taken directly into a video call.

What you do:

  • Wait for the next screen to load.

What happens next:

  • You may be taken to either:
    • The video call screen (if the short link leads to a call), or
    • The standard identity verification (KYC) journey.

What you see:

  • A call start screen, then a waiting screen until the other participant joins.

What you do:

  • Tap Call to start.

What happens next:

  • You proceed through the video call journey (see "Video Call Verification").

Entry Conditions​

  • You open the short verification link provided by the business.

Exit Conditions​

  • The journey ends at the Completion screen (standard identity verification (KYC)) or the Call Completion screen (call journey), then redirects you to the business return link.

Branches​

  • Call journey:
    • Short link → video call screen
  • Standard journey:
    • Short link → standard identity verification (KYC) start → optional Terms and Conditions → required steps → Completion screen
